The ideal candidate Asurion requires for the position of Customer Care Representative must possess both English and English/Spanish Bilingual Opportunities Available
As a Customer Care Representative in Asurion, you will be tasked with providing properly maintained exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customers’ inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues in a timely manner so as to get them back online in this fast-moving, tech-driven world!

What We Require:
- Possess High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to be able to work all shifts as required which includes evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Minimum of 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment
- You must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen and pre-employment background investigation
- Call center experience will be appreciated but not compulsory
