How Your Role Complements Our Story
We’re seeking a Delivery Specialist for Mercedes-Benz Canada. You will be in charge of making sure customers enjoy complete customer satisfaction from the completion time of the F&I process until the customer drives off the lot in their new certified or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager and also have the advantage of working with all dealership staff.
Becoming Mercedes-Benz Canada Delivery Specialist
Most often you will daily ensure that all vehicles scheduled for delivery are properly set for delivery which involves detailed, licensed, fueled, tire pressures set accurately, floor liners and wheel locks included for new vehicles, ensure there are no check engine or other warning lights, and such.
You will sometimes act as a product expert of the Mercedes-Benz within the store, especially with regards to COMAND Infotainment and emerging technologies.
There might be cases where you will have to be part of retail store personnel assistant with ad-hoc duties which involves managing the flow of new and pre-owned inventory, facilitate showroom display, and other duties as assigned by your manager.
Mercedes-Benz Canada Delivery Specialist skills, requirements & traits:
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and ONE-EIGHTY
- Possess a valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Prior experience within an automotive retail environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with determination to exceed customer expectations
- Bold, innovative and enjoy the self motivation
- Exhibit honesty and professional quality of being a strong team player
- The attitude of being a big-picture thinker, a go-getter, and self-starter
